Summary

CRINGE! is a cabaret-style collection of embarrassing stories, told by a resurrected 1970s disco DJ in a laundrette. With a full creative team, the work aims to pull us out from under the gaze of normality and ask,“What if we wore our cringe proudly?”

First developed at Lamphouse Theatre’s Switch Festival (May 2024), then further explored through Key Nights (August 2024) and Key Seeds (May 2025), the show has grown into a full-blown, glitter-stained exorcism of embarrassment.

If, after the show, you feel the urge to swap your own mortifying memories with friends, family, or total strangers - the mission has been accomplished.
